Razorback - West Virginia

The view from atop Seneca Rocks in Pendleton County, West Virginia. Rising nearly 900 feet above the surrounding landscape, this dramatic razorback ridge is one of the most iconic formations in the Allegheny Mountains. After reaching the summit, I carefully shuffled out onto a narrow section of the rocky outcrop and sat there, balanced like a rider in a saddle, taking in the sweeping mountain views before me. It was a little unnerving but experiences like this have a way of making the climb worthwhile.
