This photo was taken at Arches National Park in the summer of 2016. I was traveling from Georgia to California with my good friend Austin when we decided to take a detour down to Moab, Utah to visit the park. It was an ultra hot day and our hearts raced as we hiked. Water seemed to evaporate off our tongues when we took sips from our water bottles. It was 106 ° that afternoon but the adventure was well worth it.
