The Glade Creek Grist Mill - Babcock State Park in Fayette County, West Virginia

West Virginia is one of my favorite states. Katie and I took a roadtrip in the Fall of 2019 for a photoshoot in Charleston, WV. We scheduled several extra days at our AirBnB to explore the region we were in. After winding through Appalachian backroads along the Kanawha River and the New River we ended up at this site. It was a perfect day, perfect weather, perfect company. A day I’ll never forget. Babcock State Park was the kind of place that’s so beautiful you would expect to see it on a screensaver. The setting was gorgeous and easy to explore. It was hard to stop taking pictures!
